Umbrella Utah is one of two states that gives families and schools the opportunity to decide what types of messages enter their inboxes. Known as the Utah Child Protection Registry, this state program allows families to sign up their private, shared, and children’s email addresses and mobile phones to avoid receiving certain adult-oriented solicitations.
