From Interstate 15 North or South, take Exit 300 (5300 South Exit) and drive East on 5300 South, past State Street, until you reach Vine Street. Turn Right on to Vine Street. Follow it around a bend in the road, through a signal-lighted intersection and take the first left into the Utah Association of Counties parking lot.
