To give you a sense for how quickly things change at the legislature I can offer you HB 48 as exhibit A. In a matter of a day it went from being deeply buried to suddenly becoming the number one priority up here.

Exhibit B could be Jail Reimbursement. It has been moved off of today's appropriations subcommittee agenda and onto tomorrow's. Please make plans to be to the Capital Facilities & Government Operations Appropriations Subcommittee meeting tomorrow at 2:00 PM in room 250 of the State Capitol Building. Jail reimbursement will be the first item discussed.
