The UAC Board of Directors has oversight of the entire organization, and works under the advisement of the UAC Executive Committee and executive director to direct the affairs of the Association. The committee is comprised of Executive Committee members (president, first vice-president, second vice-president, secretary, and past-president) and representation of the overall membership in the form of affiliation groups, AOG districts, large counties, and at-large appointments. Positions vary between one and two year appointments and are modified on an annual basis or as needed.
