The UAC Executive Committee has oversight of the entire organization, and works closely with the executive director to direct the affairs of the Association, while reporting to the General UAC Board quarterly. The committee is comprised of a president, first vice-president, second vice-president, secretary, and past-president. Each position is a one-year term and individuals are elected to serve during the Annual Convention each November.
