The Utah Association of Counties is dedicated to keeping Utah's county government officials in the loop on key issues affecting the counties, changes in policy or direction, and of the wealth of new opportunities that exist to help counties run more efficiently. To this end, all elected county officials are subscribed to "Horizons," UAC's quarterly printed newsletter. They also receive regular e-mail "alerts" and annual data found it our Counties Fact Book. UAC is also active in providing information about counties to the media to help foster greater understanding about what counties do.

UAC works closely with outside companies that offer valuable products and services that fit local government needs. Presently, companies can take advantage of opportunities to exhibit and/or sponsor UAC events, advertise in the newsletter, or purchase use of the direct mail list.
