If an exhibitor brings more than two staff members,

they must be registered to attend for $180 per extra staff member,

even if staff members elect not to join us for meals.

You can do so below.

Exhibitor set up is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 10.

Exhibitor hours will be from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 11

and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, November 12.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration is always allowed. However, there is a $40 fee for any cancellation once registration is complete. Cancellations that take place within ten (10) days of the event occurring will not be refunded. The cancellation fee for smaller meetings or functions may be smaller as determined by the overall cost incurred and under the discretion of the UAC CEO. Please understand this because much of the cost (including food, materials, and other expenses) is incurred before the event begins - weeks before in some cases. So if you cancel, UAC has no way of recouping that expense regardless of the circumstances or reasons you need to cancel (illness, family circumstances, bereavement, etc.).

 

Registration Payment Methods and Options
All registrations must be done electronically, through the official UAC website at www.uacnet.org. Phone and e-mail notifications that you are "planning to attend" are not accepted or available, and will not provide individuals with an official entry or registration to a UAC function. This is to ensure we are aware of every registration and no one gets forgotten.

Likewise, payment intentions must be indicated on the official registration form. Presently, individuals may pay by credit card only.

Shipping Services
The Dixie Center is able to handle both receiving and sending of your conference display and materials. Please contact the Dixie Center for questions about specific shipping details at 1-435-628-7003.

​

Loading Zone Directions
The Dixie Center has a specific location designated for loading conference displays and other larger materials for your exhibit space. This is located in the back of the facility on the east side. Upon arrival, you may drive directly to the backside. Contact someone from the Dixie Center or UAC when you arrive regarding a cart to move your materials to your booth. You will not be allowed to park here so when you are finished unloading or loading, please move your vehicle to either the south or west parking lot.

Parking Directions
Parking at the Dixie Center is FREE. Please park in either the south or west lots surrounding the facility. Parking at the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn is for guests of the Hilton only.

Additional Services
Additional Dixie Conference Center services (such as electricity and Internet) are available upon request at their rates. You must work directly with the Dixie Center to secure and pay for these services. When you register for a booth, the form will ask if you would like "additional" services. Please indicate on the form your need for this and it will be passed along to the Dixie Center in the weeks prior to the Conference. They will contact you about the arrangements if you have not done so prior to this.

Exhibiting Schedule
Thursday is the peak day, in terms of attendance, and is recommended as the most important day to exhibit. However, 90% of the attendees are also present on Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning. Exhibit spaces are located in the hallways so as to maximize opportunities for officials and exhibitors to connect.

​

Exhibit Space

All Exhibitors will set up inside the large Exhibit Hall giving access to all General Sessions taking place during the Convention. You will be stationed around the outside of where the county officials will be seated. This should give you more interaction and allow you to listen to the keynote speakers and other important discussions.
