Team members are the most important asset to an organization. In order to attract and retain employees, benefits need priority as it’s one of the most asked about and demanded compensations. But as benefit prices rise, this careful balance becomes expensive to acquire and manage. UAC has developed the Employee Benefits Pool to serve its members and help to overcome this monumental task. By pooling buying power, the UAC Employee Benefits Pool offers a wide variety of benefits at lower costs in order to improve efficiency and help members moderate employee benefits.
